Does this count as a date?

I am raking hay on one side of the field and he is baling on the other…

Harvest 2013 has finally began around here and I am already getting into the groove of late nights and early mornings! Make sure to follow our Harvest process on twitter @SDFarmWife.

I am a farmwife as well. I LOVE to be out in the fields to cut and rake hay. Hubby bales it. It’s a time to be out in nature watching the deer in the distance, watching the hawks and seagulls above, and to be with my own thoughts. It’s also a time for me to listen to audio books that I borrow from the local library system (free). Enjoy your time there!

I agree Rosemary it’s a beautiful time of year and I remember those peaceful times, then our daughter came and now it’s more about keeping her entertained- which is just as fun! ๐Ÿ™‚
