To keep up with my theme of the last two posts on Organic Foods I am sharing with you this amazing calculator that was shared with us CommonGround Ladies at our last conference. I am constantly playing on it and looking to see what I “should be eating”.

Last year when we had a couple of our fields  sprayed via airplane because the fields were too wet to get the sprayer tractor into.

    That’s kind of fun and goes to show the kind of “sky is falling” approach some people choose to use/buy into about how we grow our food. If we do not produce safe food, we put ourselves out of business. 99.9% of farmers GET that. I’m afraid the percentage is much lower for the average consumer! Keep on educating the peeps! ๐Ÿ™‚
